Open to all RSC Members for only £20 per year on top of Membership fees, the RSC Friends are a group of passionate theatre goers who become further involved with the RSC through exclusive events, volunteer opportunities and dedicated mailings.
‘Being a member has exceeded all expectations. Through the RSC Friends I became a voluntary theatre tour guide, and have met some equally theatre-mad people and have thoroughly enjoyed all the events…’ RSC Friend 2009.
The RSC Friends hold events in Stratford-upon-Avon, London and Newcastle, ranging from question and answer sessions with actors to behind the scenes events.
Any profits made by the RSC Friends go directly towards supporting the RSC. Previous funded projects include Touch Tours for the visually impaired, bursary placements for the costume department and Public Understudy performances.
As an RSC Friend you will receive all the benefits of either Full or Associate RSC Membership. This includes:
